Drug Facts

Other Ingredients:

Arsenicum Album 12X HPUS (creeping, crawling itch),
Lycopodium 6X HPUS (feeling of agitation while lying down),
Pulsatilla 6X HPUS (constant urge to move legs),
Rhus Toxicodendron 6X HPUS (agitation, better with activity),
Sulphur 6X HPUS (itching, tingling, and urge to move legs),
Zinc Metallicum 12X HPUS (twitching and jerking of the legs while sitting)

Inactive Ingredients: Acacia Gum, Lactose.

Directions:

Adults and Children 12 years and over: Dissolve 2-3 tablets under tongue every 4 hours, for up to 6 doses.

Children 6 years to under 12 years: Dissolve 1-2 tablets under tongue every 4 hours, for up to 6 doses.

Claims:

Uses: Temporarily relieves occasional symptoms of: agitation or compelling urge to jerk or move legs, itching, tingling, or crawling sensations in the legs.

sure seems to work
I bought this to use on those nights when I just can't get my legs to settle so I can sleep. It seems to work great -- I can feel my legs relax and calm down within 15-30 minutes of taking it, and I can go to sleep. My restless legs aren't frequent, and I haven't had a really severe case since I purchased this so I'm not sure how well they'd work on a really bad night, but for the garden variety restless legs night when I just can't settle, they work perfectlyI bought this to use on those nights when I just can't get my legs to settle so I can sleep.
